English- Details about the Integrated Project -1

·         Students to refer to the internet to research about biotechnology.

(history, its use in medicine, agriculture, industries, environment etc, biotechnology policies, biotechnology companies, biotechnology in news etc.)

**  Students to brainstorm and write a few articles about different areas of Biotechnology.

**   They will collate all the articles and arrange them like the first page of a newspaper.

**   There has to be the name of the newspaper, date and price on the top followed by insights to what can be found in the other pages.

**    It should have two main articles followed by at least four smaller ones.

**  There should be at least one advertisement. 

** The project report to be handwritten and credit will be awarded to original drawings, illustrations and creative use of materials.

**  The project report to be developed and presented in the following order:

!)  Cover page showing

1) Project title

2) Group information (Name of students, Roll. nos., Std., and Div.)

3) Name of the school and the year

Ø  Acknowledgements (acknowledging the institution, offices and libraries visited and persons who have helped)

Ø  Graphic Organizer sheet showing integration of subjects (will be provided in the class)

Ø  List of contents (will be provided in the class
